At Wani WiFi, we specialize in delivering digital internet access services through public WiFi hotspots under the PM-WANI WiFi Scheme. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how and when our services are delivered after successful payment.

 

1. Nature of Service

We provide digital, location-based WiFi internet access and data packs.
No physical products or shipments are involved.

 

2. Service Delivery Timeline

  • Instant Activation:
    Once your payment is successfully processed through Razorpay, your selected WiFi data pack or internet access plan is typically activated immediately or within a few minutes.

  • Service Access:
    You can start using your purchased plan by logging into your account via the WaniWiFi.com portal or the Wani WiFi App, and connecting to the nearest available PM-WANI hotspot.

 

3. Delivery Confirmation

  • Upon successful payment, you will receive:

    • Payment Confirmation Email/SMS

    • Service Activation Confirmation (through email, SMS, or app notification)

  • All transaction and service details will also be available under your user account dashboard.

 

4. Service Non-Delivery / Access Issues

In the rare event that you do not receive access to your purchased data pack after a successful payment:

  • Please contact us immediately at help@waniwifi.com.

  • Provide the following details:

    • Full Name

    • Mobile Number

    • Transaction ID

    • Payment Date and Amount

    • Description of the issue

Our support team will investigate and resolve the issue within 24 to 48 business hours.

 

5. Coverage and Availability

Our WiFi services are available only at PM-WANI compliant WiFi hotspots within India.

Service availability is subject to network coverage, hotspot operational status, and PM-WANI infrastructure at your location.

We recommend checking coverage availability before purchasing any data plan.

 

6. No Physical Shipping

As our services are fully digital, there is no physical shipping, courier, or postal delivery involved.
