Thank you for choosing Wani WiFi, an authorized PDO Aggregator and App Provider under the PM-WANI WiFi Scheme.

This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the procedures for cancellations, refunds, and dispute resolution for services purchased through WaniWiFi.com.

 

1. Service Nature

Wani WiFi provides prepaid public WiFi internet services under the PM-WANI framework. Due to the consumable and digital nature of our services, certain restrictions apply to cancellations and refunds.

 

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Prepaid Internet Plans:
    Once a user purchases and activates a WiFi data pack, the plan cannot be canceled and the payment is non-reversible once service has commenced.

  • Non-Activated Purchases:
    If the user has completed a payment but has not started using the data pack or internet services, cancellation requests may be considered within 2 hours of the transaction, subject to approval.

  • Service Disruption:
    In case of non-delivery of service (e.g., no WiFi coverage at the user location), users must raise a complaint within 24 hours for evaluation.

 

3. Refund Policy

  • Non-Refundable Services:
    All successfully activated and utilized data packs or internet usage charges are non-refundable.

  • Failed Transactions:
    If your account is debited but the service was not delivered (e.g., transaction failure), we will process a refund within 7-10 business days after verification.

  • Duplicate Payments:
    If a user is charged multiple times for the same service, the excess amount will be refunded upon validation.

  • Technical Errors:
    Refunds may be considered in cases of verified technical issues.

  • Reason for Refund Request

  • Screenshot of Payment Confirmation (if available)

Refund Mode:
All approved refunds will be credited via the original mode of payment (processed through Razorpay).
